Not even sure what the end goal is of keeping her alive. What are they after? Information? Indoctrination? A bee bomb to destroy the nest should they attack again?

I'm really not sure either. I think Dr. Nine decided to keep her around just 'cuz, not for any actual useful reason.

Well I imagine she's also useful for Doctor Nine to know how bees work in case anything goes wrong with Sugar.
